This is a fixed-price procurement for the manufacture and supply of a specific screw (SCREW, CAP, NICUAL), with government inspection required and all freight FOB Origin. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance before execution, and accelerated delivery is encouraged before the schedule date(s). The government may add an option quantity, exercisable by written notice within 365 days, at the unit price specified. Offerors must be the original manufacturer or provide proof of authorization as an authorized distributor from the OEM, and must comply with quality system requirements per ISO 9001, marking per MIL-STD-129, and packaging per MIL-STD-2073.
