This opportunity is a fixed-price request for quote (RFQ) for the repair of a communications component, with Government Source Inspection required and all freight FOB Origin. The Government is seeking a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 170 days, measured from physical receipt of the asset at the contractor’s facility to final Government acceptance, and accelerated or incremental delivery is encouraged. The resultant contract will be issued bilaterally and may include an option for increased quantity at the unit price specified. Contractors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof of such with their offer. Failure to meet the required RTAT will result in a price reduction per unit per month unless the delay is excusable.
