ACTUATOR,BOW THRUST
The Navy is seeking repair of ACTUATOR,BOW THRUST under an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities RFQ, with accelerated and incremental delivery encouraged before scheduled delivery dates and freight FOB Origin. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 120 days from asset return to Government acceptance, with Commercial Asset Visibility transaction reporting due by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and inspection records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Government Source Inspection is required, and the Navy handles freight under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work. Quotes should include unit price, total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, any beyond-repair testing/evaluation fee, awardee/inspection/facility CAGE information, and a comparison of repair price to new-unit price and lead time. The award will be bilateral, requiring contractor written acceptance prior to execution, and may be limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item; repair must meet the referenced CAGE 1KHV0 / 60560 requirements and MIL-STD-130 marking.
