This opportunity is for the repair of a HEAT INTERCHANGER, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 240 days from asset receipt to government acceptance. The contract will be firm-fixed-price, and performance is subject to Government Source Inspection (GSI) with all freight handled FOB Origin by the Navy. An option for increased quantity may be added, and failure to meet the RTAT will result in a price reduction per unit per month of delay. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer and comply with detailed quality, packaging, and cybersecurity requirements. Accelerated and incremental delivery is encouraged before the schedule dates.
