This is a Navy RFQ for a buy, issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority, for manufacture of the FREEZER, ICE CREAM represented by CAGE/ref 66682 ICDCDI5-2M-SNM. Accelerated delivery is encouraged, all freight is FOB Origin, and Government source inspection is required. The award will be bilateral, requiring the contractor’s written acceptance, and non-OEM offerors must provide OEM authorization as an authorized distributor. The Government intends to add an option quantity at the same unit price, exercisable within 365 days ARO, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed.
