This is a Navy repair requirement for a power supply assembly issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority, with accelerated delivery encouraged at no additional cost to the government. All freight is FOB Origin, Government Source Inspection is required, and the resulting award will be a bilateral fixed-price contract requiring the contractor’s signed acceptance. Offerors must quote total price and a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), measured from physical asset receipt at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, and must explain capacity constraints if they cannot meet the government's requested RTAT.
