This is a NAVSUP WSS requirement for repair of power supply items under CLIN 0001 (1 EA) and CLIN 0002 (22 EA), with work performed to original manufacturer/CAGE specifications and Government Source Inspection required. Offerors must quote unit and total price, repair turnaround time, awardee and inspection CAGE codes, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison, using firm-fixed-price, estimated, or not-to-exceed pricing as applicable. The Government intends to include a 365-day option for increased quantity at the same unit price, and accelerated delivery is encouraged at no additional cost. Contractors must meet repair/overhaul standards, MIL-STD-130 marking, packaging, mercury-free, and records-retention requirements, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered. Late repair turnaround will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions unless delay is excusable, and beyond-repair testing/evaluation may be handled through a negotiated not-to-exceed amount if the asset is determined beyond repair.
