This is a total small-business set-aside RFQ for repair of the NOZZLE, TURBINE, NONA; the quantity has increased from 5 to 8, and the Government intends to add an option quantity at the same unit price. The award will be bilateral and require contractor written acceptance, with Government Source Inspection required. Contractors must quote unit/total price, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), option pricing, and any capacity constraints or late-RTAT price-reduction amount; accelerated delivery is encouraged. If items are beyond repair, T&E fees may apply, and the contractor must report receipt in CAV by the fifth regular business day and obtain final Government inspection and acceptance within the RTAT. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered.
