The Navy seeks repair of the ASSY, THROTTLE CTRL under CAGE/Reference 03956 4804970-1, with work performed in accordance with the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. The contractor must meet a Government-specified Repair Turnaround Time, report receipt and transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system, and obtain Government Source Inspection and final acceptance; late deliveries may incur per-unit/per-month price reductions, excluding excusable delays. Quotes should include unit price, total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, pricing for an intended option quantity, and, if applicable, a not-to-exceed T&E price for items determined beyond repair. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work, and packaging, marking, inspection, and records must comply with referenced military standards, including MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-2073. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally and requires the contractor’s written acceptance prior to execution.
