This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of a CONTROLLER SERVO with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 180 days, measured from the asset's physical receipt at the contractor's facility. The government will add an option to increase the quantity of supplies, which may be exercised within the timeframe specified by FAR 52.217-6. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required at the contractor's facility, and all freight is FOB Origin. The contractor must provide a price reduction amount per unit for each month of unexcused delay in meeting the RTAT.
