This Navy RFQ is for repair of a TRUNK MODULE (CAGE 12763, ref. 60173-865), with repair work performed under the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices and documents. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 80 days from receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, and accelerated delivery is encouraged. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, RMA if applicable, and pricing basis, and offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer. The resultant bilateral award includes Government Source Inspection, CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, CAV reporting, and MIL-STD-130/MIL-STD-2073 marking and packaging requirements. The Government intends to add an option quantity exercisable within 365 days, with late-RTAT price reductions and negotiated testing/evaluation fees if the item is beyond repair.
