The Navy is seeking repair of a POSITIONER, ASSY, with the resultant award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s signed acceptance. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 80 days after receipt of order (DARO), and quotes should include unit price, total price, RTAT, and any capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met. Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin with Navy freight handling under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work, and inspection/testing must follow OEM specifications and drawings. An option quantity may be added, referenced as exercisable within 365 days after receipt of order, with added items delivered at the same rate as base items. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, and CMMC Level 2 (Self-Assessment) requirements apply.
