MIC INTRFC MODULE
This requirement is for repair of TERMINAL,TELEPHONE and MIC INTRFC MODULE items, with work performed to original manufacturer specifications and compliance with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging; records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 105 days from asset return to Government acceptance, with Government Source Inspection and CMMC Level 2 self-assessment required, while accelerated delivery is encouraged. The Government intends to add an option quantity that may be exercised within 365 days at the same unit price and delivery rate, and late RTAT performance may result in per-unit/per-month price reductions unless the delay is excusable. Quotes must provide unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, repair versus new unit price and lead time, and beyond-repair testing/evaluation pricing; only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work, with repair performed at the awardee or designated facility/subcontractor CAGE where assets are shipped.
