This is a firm-fixed-price repair contract for a CCA, Video Tracker, with pricing required to cover all costs for receipt and complete repair of potentially unwhole or damaged assets. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 200 days, measured from asset receipt at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, with accelerated delivery encouraged. An option quantity may be exercised within 365 days, and late delivery beyond the required RTAT will result in price reductions unless excused. Performance will occur at the contractor’s facility as identified by CAGE codes, with all freight FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility process. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and comply with military packaging, marking, and mercury-free requirements.
