The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer and comply with ISO 9001, critical safety item standards, and cybersecurity maturity model certification (CMMC) requirements. Performance will be at the contractor's facility with freight FOB Origin handled by the Navy, and all pricing must be firm-fixed-price covering all repair costs.
