This solicitation is for the repair of a Swivel Joint, Hydraulic, under emergency acquisition authority, with accelerated delivery encouraged. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 90 days, measured from asset receipt at the contractor’s facility to government acceptance. The contract will be awarded on a bilateral, fixed-price basis, and all freight is FOB Origin. Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required, and failure to meet the RTAT will result in a price reduction per unit per month.
