This is a Navy RFQ for repair of the POWER SUPPLY ASSEMB, identified by CAGE 53711 ref 8355419 or known equivalent CAGE 66015 P/N LR-142A, with repair to original manufacturer specifications and MIL-STD-130 marking/MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 80 days from contractor receipt of the F-condition asset to Government acceptance, with Government Source Inspection required and freight FOB Origin handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, pricing type (firm-fixed-price, estimated, or NTE), RMA/delivery vehicle if applicable, CAGE location information, and price-to-buy-new comparison data. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity, exercisable by written notice within 365 days at the same unit price, and late delivery beyond the required RTAT will incur per-unit, per-month price reductions unless excusable. The award will be bilateral requiring contractor signed acceptance; inspection records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery, and consideration for award is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item.
