The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair of the COVER ASSEMBLY,DRUM (CAGE 53711, ref. 5544208) as a critical safety item under Emergency Acquisition Authority, requiring ISO 9001 quality and Government Source Inspection. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 200 days from asset return to acceptance, accelerated delivery is encouraged, and the Government may add an option quantity within 365 days at the same unit price.
