This opportunity is for the repair of a COVER ASSEMBLY, DRUM, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 200 days from asset receipt to government acceptance. The contract will be firm-fixed-price, and the government intends to add an option for increased quantity. Performance location is determined by the contractor's facility, as freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy. A critical requirement is that failure to meet the RTAT will result in a price reduction per unit per month, with the contractor required to specify this reduction amount in their quote.
