The Navy, under Emergency Acquisition Authority, seeks repair of SWITCH,PROXIMITY (CAGE/ref 53711 6570535) with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 430 days; accelerated delivery before scheduled delivery dates is encouraged. The award will be bilateral, firm-priced, FOB Origin, with Government Source Inspection required and freight handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. Quotes must include unit/total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, RMA/delivery vehicle details, and pricing basis if the item was not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or prices increased. Late RTAT performance incurs per-unit/per-month price reductions up to a maximum, and contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
