This opportunity is for the repair of a COOLER, AIR, ELECTRON, with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 141 days from asset receipt to government acceptance. The contract is a total small business set-aside, and all freight is FOB Origin, handled by the Navy. Performance of services will be at the contractor’s facility, with the asset shipped to the facility CAGE provided in the quote. The government intends to add an option for increased quantity, exercisable within 365 days, and failure to meet the RTAT will result in a price reduction per unit per month. All pricing must be firm and include all costs associated with repair, regardless of the asset’s condition upon receipt.
