The Navy is seeking repair services for Receiver Subassy and Transmitter Subasse items identified by specified CAGE/reference numbers, with consideration given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and repair performed under approved standards. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 180 days, Government Source Inspection is required, and accelerated delivery is encouraged. Quotes must include unit and total price, proposed RTAT with capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, and any beyond-repair testing/evaluation fee or price. Freight is FOB Origin and the Navy handles freight under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work. The resultant award will be bilateral, and the Government intends to include an option for increased quantity that may be exercised by written notice within 365 days at the specified unit price.
