This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of an Antenna Subassembly, requiring a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 298 days from asset receipt to acceptance. The performance location is the contractor's facility, and Government Source Inspection is required at that location. The contractor must use the Commercial Asset Visibility system for reporting and will be responsible for all inspection and testing per original manufacturer specifications. For items determined beyond repair, the government will negotiate a reduced price, not-to-exceed a fee to be specified by the contractor. Proof of being an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer's item is required for award consideration.
