The Navy requires repair of three each of NSN 6130-01-542-8287 (POWER SUPPLY) in accordance with reference FSB0001412; replacement or new procurement will not be considered, and the Government does not own drawings or data rights. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item, and Government-Source Inspection and Acceptance is required. Requested repair turnaround time is 199 days from asset return/CAV receipt to Government acceptance, and teardown/evaluation-only quotes will not be accepted. A monetary limitation of $28,600.00 applies to repair purchase orders, and the Government may order up to 100% additional quantity for 365 days ARO at the same price. Induction expires 365 days after subsequent award, and quotes must include proposed RTAT, unit repair price, beyond-repair price, throughput constraints, and repair/packaging CAGEs.
