The part requires oxygen cleaning and Navy Source Certification before O2 cleaning, ISO 9001 quality system compliance with proof in the quote, intergranular corrosion testing before fabrication, extensive traceability/certification, and DCMA source inspection prior to shipment; destination inspection/acceptance is not allowed and FOB is Destination. Quotes must answer detailed questions on first-batch delivery lead time, monthly shipping capacity, source inspection/acceptance/packaging CAGE locations, U.S. manufacturing, POC information, option pricing, and the applicable NIIN, and DD1423 Data Item A001 may be waived if already current at NAVSUP WSS.
