This is a Navy repair requirement for a POWER SUPPLY (CAGE 04JN4, FSB0000971), with award to be issued bilaterally and certified under DPAS. The contractor will have 120 days after receipt of carcasses to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, with a requested repair turnaround time of 352 days. Quotes must include estimated full repair price, new-item cost for evaluation, any exceptions, and all costs for receipt and complete repair including handling damage, missing parts, wear damage, and CAV reporting. If the offeror is not the OEM, it must identify the OEM by name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor letter of authorization; alternate packaging facility details must also be provided if applicable. The Government may add additional quantity via option up to 365 days after award, and pricing is requested for the option, with award based on lowest aggregate total price inclusive of the option.
