NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg is seeking steel gate valves (4-inch, Class 600, ASTM A105/A216-WCB, handwheel-operated) built to MIL-V-18110 for a special-emphasis critical shipboard system. This is a total small business set-aside requiring ISO 9001, QPL-approved items, DCMA source inspection/acceptance before shipment with destination inspection not allowed, and FOB Destination; NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will consider past performance. Only QPL-tested/approved items are acceptable, and new vendors must complete QPL qualification steps before an offer can be considered. Quotes must address delivery lead time, monthly production capacity after the first batch, option pricing, source/acceptance/pack CAGE locations, U.S. manufacturing status, and NIIN-specific pricing, or they may be deemed inadequate. The government offers an increased-quantity option exercisable within 365 days of award, and supplied items carry a one-year warranty from delivery.
