This is a Navy repair requirement for the ELECTRONIC MODULE,S (CAGE 0ZAP8, Ref. No. 60176-270), with awards issued bilaterally and requiring contractor written acceptance; it is a total small business set-aside and a DO-rated national defense priority order under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. The contractor must perform teardown and evaluation within 90 days after receipt of carcasses and provide a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, with a requested repair turnaround time of 77.562 days and a one-year warranty from delivery. Pricing must cover complete repair of material in any condition, include cost of new for evaluation, and identify exceptions; contractors must also provide TD&E rate, RTAT, throughput constraint, and induction expiration. If not the OEM, the offeror must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead, and all repair must meet specified quality, mercury-free, electrostatic discharge, marking, and packaging requirements. An option may add additional quantity up to the stated percentage within 365 days after award.
