This is a U.S. Navy repair requirement for the ALTIMETER,PRESSURIZ under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with a DO-rated DPAS priority and bilateral award requiring contractor written acceptance. Repair must meet OEM CAGE/reference 0WEC9 671CPX-10-051, MIL-STD-130 marking, mercury-free, and OEM inspection/testing requirements; if the offeror is not the OEM, it must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and if packaged elsewhere, provide the packaging facility name, address, and CAGE. After receipt of carcasses, the vendor has 90 days to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, with a requested repair turnaround time of 114.115 days and final Government inspection/acceptance within that RTAT. Quotes must include all repair costs and data such as TD&E rate, RTAT, throughput constraints, induction expiration, and cost of new, and any RTAT failures may incur per-unit price reductions; the Government may add an option quantity within 365 days after award, and offerors should price that option. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and inspection records must be kept 365 calendar days after final delivery.
