This Navy Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities requirement is a DO-rated DPAS order for repair of the KITE TERMINAL BUKHD (CAGE 11447, Ref. No. K10048482-525X), awarded bilaterally. The contractor will have 90 days after receipt of carcass(es) to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, with a requested repair turnaround time of 77.562 days. The contract includes a one-year warranty from delivery, an option to add additional quantity for 365 days after award, and possible price reductions if the required RTAT is not met. Repair must meet OEM specifications/manuals, be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, and comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Non-OEM offerors must provide the OEM name/CAGE and a signed distributor authorization letter, and packaging at a different location requires the packaging facility’s name, address, and CAGE.
