The Navy requires manufacture of ELECTRONIC MODULE,S to CAGE 12763 reference 60176-000-28 under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with award issued bilaterally requiring contractor written acceptance. The procurement is a total small business set-aside; non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20 for electrostatic discharge control, be marked per MIL-STD-130, and packaged per MIL-STD-2073 as scheduled. The contract will be a DPAS-rated order, and the Government may add additional quantity via modification within 365 days after award; pricing for this option is requested. Warranty is one year from delivery, inspection records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery, and technical documents/drawings may be subject to distribution limitations.
