Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead; awarded contracts will be DO-rated under DPAS. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, marked per MIL-STD-130 Rev N, and packaged per MIL-STD 2073, with the contractor responsible for inspection and records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The requirement includes an option to add quantity within 365 days after award, and pricing is requested for that option; supplies carry a one-year warranty from delivery. Distributors/offerors must be authorized for the OEM item to be considered for award, and document distribution may be limited.
