This Navy procurement is a total small business set-aside for manufacture of the ROTOR TORPEDO to CAGE 53711 reference 6934940-1, with stated quantities of 10 for W25G1U and 10 for W62G2T. The contractor must comply with configuration control, mercury-free, serialization, ISO 9001 quality, inspection-record retention for four years after final delivery, and MIL-STD packaging/marking requirements. Award will be bilateral and require written acceptance, with evaluation based on the lowest aggregate total price for the total quantity, including an option provision. The Government may add additional quantity via modification within 365 days after award, and offerors are requested to price the option. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and the contract will be DO-rated under DPAS.
