This U.S. Navy requirement is for repair/overhaul of TRANSMITTER,LIQUID items under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s written acceptance. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed OEM distributor authorization letter, and any different packaging location must be identified with name, address, and CAGE. Pricing must be an estimated full-repair price; the vendor has 90 days after receipt of carcasses to complete teardown & evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote, including new-item cost for evaluation and any exceptions. Performance includes a requested repair turnaround time of 137.787, final Government inspection/acceptance within that RTAT, price reductions for missed RTAT, a one-year warranty from delivery, and records retained 365 days after final delivery. The Government may add additional quantity via modification for 365 days after award under the option provision, with option pricing requested; this is a total small business set-aside, and the item must be mercury-free, marked per MIL-STD-130, and packaged per MIL-STD-2073.
