The Navy requires repair of the INDICATOR, LIQUID QU (CAGE 05991, ref 0373-0025-4 ITEM 2) under an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities procurement, with the resulting award issued bilaterally and rated DO under DPAS. Offerors not the OEM must identify the OEM and provide a signed distributor authorization letter; if packaging occurs at a different location, that facility’s name, address, and CAGE must be provided. The contractor will have 90 days after receipt of carcasses to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, and the requested repair turnaround time is 215.5 days for final inspection and acceptance. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, an option allows the Government to add quantity for 365 days after award, and repair must be mercury-free with MIL-STD packaging and marking requirements. Pricing should include all repair costs and specify exceptions, with final inspection and acceptance by the Government.
