POWER SUPPLY,UNINT
The Navy requires repair of a POWER SUPPLY, UNINT (reference 1P0H6 UPS1-2K-1G-SRNSL-K2E) under an emergency acquisition flexibility action; the award will be a total small business set-aside and a DPAS-rated order. If the offeror is not the OEM, it must identify the OEM and provide an OEM-signed distributor authorization letter, and if packaging occurs at a different location it must provide that facility’s name, address, and CAGE. The contractor will have 90 days after receipt of each carcass to complete teardown and evaluation and provide a firm-fixed-price repair quote, with a requested repair turn-around time of 70.81 days and price reductions for missed RTAT. Repair pricing must cover all costs for receipt and complete repair, including unwhole/missing/damaged/worn conditions and CAV reporting, and must comply with MIL-STD packaging/marking, mercury-free submarine/surface-ship requirements, and inspection/testing/recordkeeping (records kept 365 days after final delivery). A one-year warranty from delivery applies, and the Government may add additional quantity via the included option within 365 days after award; pricing for the option is requested.
