This is a Navy requirement for Special Emphasis Level I/SUBSAFE seats for a 3-inch ball valve, made from Torlon Type 4503 compression-molded material to specified NAVSEA/EB drawings and subject to strict traceability and certification. The work requires an ISO 9001 quality system with calibration to ISO 10012 or ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 with ISO/IEC 17025, Government source quality assurance, higher-level inspection, material certifications, certificates of compliance, marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Award will be issued bilaterally, will be DO-rated under DPAS, and will consider past performance; the requirement is a total small business set-aside under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. A one-year warranty from date of delivery applies. Offerors must also comply with configuration control, waiver/deviation, mercury-free, and receiving/inspection requirements.
