This contract is for the manufacture and supply of the IMU, SDI (Inertial Measurement Unit) with strict quality requirements including ISO 9001, ESD control, and mercury-free compliance. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer (CAGE 06811, ref. 8475547) and provide proof of authorization, or state the OEM and include a signed letter. The item must be marked per MIL-STD-129, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and is subject to Government inspection; inspection records must be kept for four years after final delivery. A one-year warranty from date of delivery applies, and an option for increased quantity allows a 365-day performance period. The acquisition is under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities with a DO national defense priority rating, and the resultant contract requires the contractor's written acceptance.
