This is a U.S. Navy repair contract for the SERVER,AUTOMATIC DA, awarded under emergency acquisition flexibilities and requiring a bilateral written acceptance of the contract. The contractor must perform a teardown and evaluation (TD&E) within 120 days after receipt of carcasses and submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote, with a requested repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 200 days. All repair work must meet the original manufacturer’s specifications, including MIL-STD packaging/marking, mercury-free requirements, and government final inspection/acceptance within the established RTAT. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item and provide proof with their offer. The contract includes an option for increased quantity with a 365-day performance period.
