This is a total small business set-aside contract for the manufacture of an electromechanical actuator for Navy use, with design and performance requirements specified on a referenced drawing. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, and any submarine outboard cable assembly must be manufactured by a vendor certified to NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-020/MLDG. The contractor must maintain a quality system per ISO 9001, comply with configuration control per MIL-STD-973, and meet packaging and marking per MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073.
