This opportunity is for the repair of 11 electronic components/laptops across three NSNs; new procurement is not permitted and the government does not own the drawings or data rights. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 294 days from asset receipt to government acceptance, and assets must be inducted within 120 days after award unless otherwise bilaterally agreed. The government retains an option to order up to 100% additional quantity at the same price for 412 days after receipt of order. Quotes must include unit repair price (firm-fixed or estimated), beyond repair price, proposed RTAT, throughput constraints, CAGE codes, and obsolescence status; teardown-only quotes will not be accepted. Repairs must meet military marking and packaging standards, be mercury-free, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered, with quotes submitted by email to the contracting point of contact.
