This Navy/NAVSUP WSS procurement is for an Access Cover Seat for a crucial shipboard system, designated Special Emphasis/Level I material, to be made per NAVSEA drawing 7016077 and ER7016077B66 item 114, except dimension 1.562 nominal must be 1.582 +/- 0.005 inch and the stack-height requirement does not apply. The seat must be MC903 Type 6 cast nylon or equal per Electric Boat Specification 2000, with specified chemical/mechanical properties, traceability, material certification, and permanent marking. The contract is a total small business set-aside under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities and will be a DO/DX-rated national defense order; past performance will be evaluated by NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg. Offerors must meet ISO 9001 quality and calibration requirements, Government source quality assurance/inspection, configuration control, waiver/deviation/ECP, and packaging per MIL-STD-2073. Award will be issued bilaterally requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution, and a one-year warranty from date of delivery applies.
