This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture of a complete stem and disk assembly for a 1.5-inch globe valve, designated as Level I special emphasis material for a critical shipboard system. The Navy will provide the required raw material (NSN 1H9510-01-495-9543X2) for the stems, disks, and locknuts, with strict heat traceability and marking requirements. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001 quality system, meet detailed welding and thread inspection standards, and undergo mandatory DCMA source inspection before shipping, with delivery on an FOB Destination basis. An option for increased quantity is included, exercisable up to 365 days after award. Offerors must provide delivery lead time, monthly shipping capacity, source inspection/acceptance CAGE codes, and pricing for options as part of their quote.
