This is a total small business set-aside for the manufacture of a CBL ACTR/LOCK PWR item, meeting design and performance requirements per the cited drawings. The contractor must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-973 configuration control, ISO 9001 quality system, NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-020/MLDG for submarine cable molding, and strict mercury-free requirements. Award will be made bilaterally under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, and the contract will be DO-certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System.
