This is a Navy repair requirement for the PANEL,POWER DISTRIB, with the resulting contract to be issued bilaterally. The vendor must complete a teardown and evaluation within 90 days of receiving carcasses and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for the full repair effort, with a requested repair turnaround time of 180 days. Quotes must include the cost of new material, any exceptions, teardown and evaluation rate, proposed RTAT, throughput constraints, and induction expiration date. The work must comply with original manufacturer specifications, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, mercury-free requirements, and Government inspection and acceptance. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered for award, and past performance will be evaluated.
