This opportunity is for the repair of DISPLAY CONSOLE items, including teardown and evaluation, with the contractor required to submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote within 120 days after receipt of the carcass(es). The requested repair turnaround time is 180 days, and failure to meet that RTAT may result in price reductions. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer or provide a signed OEM authorization letter, and must comply with military packaging, marking, mercury-free, and other quality requirements. The resulting contract will be a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System and will be issued bilaterally under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities.
