The Navy requires repair of the TRANSMITTER,PRESSUR under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, with the item on a Qualified Products List and award consideration limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer. The contract will be awarded bilaterally, will be DO/DX rated for national defense under DPAS, and will require final inspection and acceptance within the contractor’s established repair turnaround time, with a requested RTAT of 92.571 days. The contractor will have 90 days after receipt of the carcass to complete teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price quote for full repair, including all costs for receipt and complete repair of material in as-received condition. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130, and the material must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use. A one-year warranty from delivery applies, records must be kept for 365 days after final delivery, and an option for increased quantity may be included for up to 365 days after award.
