This is a Navy requirement for the repair of pressure transmitters, with only qualified products listed (QPL) items from authorized distributors of the original manufacturer eligible for award. The contractor must perform a teardown and evaluation and submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote within 90 days after receipt of carcasses, with a required repair turnaround time of 177.8 days and a one-year warranty from delivery. An option for increased quantity may be exercised 365 days after award, and price reductions may be applied for failing to meet the required turnaround time. The material is intended for submarine/surface ship use and must be mercury-free, with work performed in accordance with applicable military standards for marking and packaging. Award will be DO-rated for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System and issued bilaterally.
