CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB
This requirement is for the repair of a Circuit Card Assembly under a firm-fixed-price contract, with a total small business set-aside and a priority rating for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. Performance of services includes forwarding repaired assemblies to the In-Service Engineering Agent at NUWC Division Keyport, Washington, for programming and testing before acceptance. Offerors must provide a firm-fixed repair price, specify any exceptions to packaging, labeling, and inspection requirements, and include teardown and evaluation rates, repair turnaround time, throughput constraints, and an induction expiration date. The contractor must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking, electrostatic discharge control per ANSI/ESD S20.20, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging, with all inspection records kept for 365 days after final delivery. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered for award, and proof of authorization must accompany the offer.
