This opportunity is for the manufacture of a Retainer for a Hand Loader Assembly, a critical shipboard component designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material (Level I). The contractor must comply with stringent quality, testing, welding, and traceability requirements, including maintaining an ISO-9001 quality system and providing detailed certifications. Performance of services is subject to Government Quality Assurance at the source, and the place of performance cannot be changed without authorization. The contract will be issued bilaterally and is rated DO for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. A one-year warranty from the date of delivery is required for the supplies.
