NAVSUP WSS requires quantity 9 of a pressure-reducing valve housing manufactured to Marotta drawing 281712-0001, item 17, from QQ-N-281 material, with oxygen cleaning, testing, packaging, and labeling per MIL-STD-1330. This is Special Emphasis/Level I material for a crucial shipboard system, requiring an ISO-9001 or MIL-I-45208 quality system, Government source inspection, material traceability, chemical/mechanical certifications, weld/braze qualifications, and thread inspection.
